What flavours are in the box?

Four, in quarters of nine bites each: Ultimate Chocolate, Pandan Gula Melaka, Raspberry Red Velvet and Sourdough Carrot Walnut. The mix is fixed, so every box comes the same way.

How sweet is it?

Each flavour has something to balance it. The chocolate is bitter-sweet from the cocoa. Cream cheese and raspberry give the red velvet a tang. The carrot walnut is spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg under a tangy cream cheese. The gula melaka buttercream has a caramel depth, with toasted coconut and pandan to round it off. They go well with masala chai or black coffee.

What does it look like inside?

The chocolate bites are chocolate cake all the way through. The red velvet has a layer of raspberry puree and cream cheese. The carrot walnut has shredded carrot and walnut through the sponge. The pandan bites are pandan sponge under the gula melaka buttercream.

How many bites are in the box, and how many people does it serve?

36 bites of about 1.5 inches square, cut from a 9-inch square cake of about 1.2kg. That is enough for about 18 people at two bites each.

What is in it, and does it contain nuts?
