OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 🌞 Ensures the practice of good hygiene and strict SOP's during handling of goods.
  • 🌞 Prepare, process and pack orders. Ensure daily orders are fulfilled / delivered to customers within expected timeframe.
  • 🌞 Perform quality check on all orders upon packing products.
  • 🌞 Communicate with drivers and customers effectively and courteously to ensure deliveries meet customers’ expectations.
  • 🌞 Attend to pick-up and walk-in customers.
  • 🌞 Have good product knowledge and be able to serve walk-in customers especially in recommendation of products.
  • 🌞 Responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions within the store and utilising a Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • 🌞 Complete opening/closing checklists including inventory counts.
    Ensure that inventory for operating supplies are always sufficient.
  • 🌞 Provide customer service via phone, email and whatsapp message.
  • 🌞 Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Skills / Requirements

  • βœ”οΈ No minimum experience required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • βœ”οΈ Be able to converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia (other languages is a bonus!).
  • βœ”οΈ Team player and able to work well with others. Good attendance.
  • βœ”οΈ A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • βœ”οΈ Willing to learn.
  • βœ”οΈ Detailed oriented.
  • βœ”οΈ Available to work 5 days per week, including weekends according to shift schedule.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities

🌞 Customer Experience and Operations:

  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders, including customization requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Operations Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (bakery production, logistics, and customer service) to streamline operations and optimize workflow.

🌞 Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Product Quality: Maintain rigorous quality standards for all products, ensuring freshness, taste, and presentation.
  • Food Safety: Adhere to strict food safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing hygiene and safety in all aspects of operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

🌞 Training and Development:

  • Team Training: Provide training and support to new team members on customer service, operations, and food safety protocols.
  • Skill Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging team members to enhance their skills.

🌞 Marketing and Promotions:

  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, manage social media, and implement customer engagement strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs.

Skills / Requirements

  • βœ”οΈ Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field.
  • βœ”οΈ At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
    βœ”οΈ Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
    βœ”οΈ Able to work independently and work well in a team environment.
  • βœ”οΈ Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • βœ”οΈ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and time management in order to meet customer commitments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

JUNIOR BAKER / PASTRY

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 🌞 Adhere to company and kitchen SOP and policies.
    Assist direct supervisor according to instructions given.
  • 🌞 Decorate baked products for final presentation, eg) piping skill is a must.
  • 🌞 Quick grasp on product knowledge and understanding of the company’s vision.
  • 🌞 Capability to assist direct supervisor in creation of new and exciting products, develop and plan new recipes, or improve current products.
  • 🌞 Management and control of supplies and inventory stock levels.Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment.
  • 🌞 Ensure that quality of all products are maintained at all times during the production.
  • 🌞 Maintain high standard of personal hygiene.To assist in any task that is assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • 🌞 Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Skills / Requirements

  • βœ”οΈ 1 - 3 years working experience in Bakery / Pastry.
  • βœ”οΈ Passion for baking Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and utilisation of bakery equipment.
  • βœ”οΈ Ensuring excellent kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
  • βœ”οΈ Good communication & organisation skills.
  • βœ”οΈ Follow standards and instructions from the direct supervisor.Team player and able to work well with others.
  • βœ”οΈ Good attendance.A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
