POSITIONS AVAILABLE
OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Duties & Responsibilities
- π Ensures the practice of good hygiene and strict SOP's during handling of goods.
- π Prepare, process and pack orders. Ensure daily orders are fulfilled / delivered to customers within expected timeframe.
- π Perform quality check on all orders upon packing products.
- π Communicate with drivers and customers effectively and courteously to ensure deliveries meet customersβ expectations.
- π Attend to pick-up and walk-in customers.
- π Have good product knowledge and be able to serve walk-in customers especially in recommendation of products.
- π Responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions within the store and utilising a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- π Complete opening/closing checklists including inventory counts.
Ensure that inventory for operating supplies are always sufficient. - π Provide customer service via phone, email and whatsapp message.
- π Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Skills / Requirements
- βοΈ No minimum experience required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- βοΈ Be able to converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia (other languages is a bonus!).
- βοΈ Team player and able to work well with others. Good attendance.
- βοΈ A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- βοΈ Willing to learn.

- βοΈ Available to work 5 days per week, including weekends according to shift schedule.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Duties & Responsibilities
π Customer Experience and Operations:
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
- Order Processing and Fulfillment: Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders, including customization requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Operations Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (bakery production, logistics, and customer service) to streamline operations and optimize workflow.
π Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Product Quality: Maintain rigorous quality standards for all products, ensuring freshness, taste, and presentation.
- Food Safety: Adhere to strict food safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing hygiene and safety in all aspects of operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
π Training and Development:
- Team Training: Provide training and support to new team members on customer service, operations, and food safety protocols.
- Skill Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging team members to enhance their skills.
π Marketing and Promotions:
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, manage social media, and implement customer engagement strategies.
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs.
Skills / Requirements
- βοΈ Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field.
- βοΈ At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
βοΈ Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
βοΈ Able to work independently and work well in a team environment. - βοΈ Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- βοΈ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and time management in order to meet customer commitments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
JUNIOR BAKER / PASTRY
Duties & Responsibilities
- π Adhere to company and kitchen SOP and policies.
Assist direct supervisor according to instructions given. - π Decorate baked products for final presentation, eg) piping skill is a must.
- π Quick grasp on product knowledge and understanding of the companyβs vision.
- π Capability to assist direct supervisor in creation of new and exciting products, develop and plan new recipes, or improve current products.
- π Management and control of supplies and inventory stock levels.Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment.
- π Ensure that quality of all products are maintained at all times during the production.
- π Maintain high standard of personal hygiene.To assist in any task that is assigned by the direct supervisor.
- π Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Skills / Requirements
- βοΈ 1 - 3 years working experience in Bakery / Pastry.
- βοΈ Passion for baking Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and utilisation of bakery equipment.
- βοΈ Ensuring excellent kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- βοΈ Good communication & organisation skills.
- βοΈ Follow standards and instructions from the direct supervisor.Team player and able to work well with others.
