Every Elevete cake is baked to order and delivered fresh the same day. Here's how delivery works, what it costs, and what to expect on the day.

Where we deliver
We deliver free across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, the greater Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.
Live a little further out? We still deliver. A surcharge based on your postcode applies, and you'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Extended delivery: Negeri Sembilan & Melaka
We've extended our delivery service to Negeri Sembilan and Melaka. Delivery there is chargeable based on distance, and we arrange it personally to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

On delivery day
- Once your order is confirmed, we arrange a delivery partner and keep you posted by email.
- About an hour before your slot, you'll get a live tracking link, shared by email, so you can watch your cake on its way.
- We prepare your order 30 minutes before your preferred time slot, so it leaves our kitchen at its freshest.
Delivery fees
- Delivery is free within the areas above.
- Outside those areas, a postcode-based surcharge is calculated at checkout.
- Self-pickup is always free — no delivery fee applies.
Please be reachable on delivery day
Our cakes are fresh and perishable, so we need someone at the address to receive them. If our delivery partner can't reach you or the recipient, the order is forfeited and we're unable to offer a refund.
If you'd like us to attempt a second delivery, just ask. A fee applies based on the distance of the return trip.
Things beyond our control
Weather. During severe weather such as heavy rain or flooding, our delivery partners may need to delay for everyone's safety. In these situations we're unable to offer refunds or re-delivery, though we'll always do our best to get your order to you.
Force majeure. Elevete Patisserie isn't liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, hostilities, government action, fire, floods, power failures, supplier defaults, theft or strikes.
