First time user. Am impressed of the professionalism, quality & efficiency of the buying experience. No reason why I should not order again.

The cake itself was excellent, definitely top-tier in terms of taste and quality. My only concern was the customer service chat prior to delivery. I requested the cake by 1:30 PM for a company team lunch and selected the 12 PM to 2 PM delivery slot, which I felt should have been sufficient. However, I was repeatedly told that delivery by my requested time could not be guaranteed due to traffic and other factors. While I understand the need to manage expectations, the way it was communicated made me quite anxious, especially since I was responsible for arranging lunch for a group. In the end, the cake actually arrived about 30 minutes earlier than requested, which was great. I just think the customer service team could provide a bit more reassurance and confidence to customers rather than focusing so heavily on potential delays
