The entire process of making a macaron is the very foundation instilled in every professional pastry chef - precision and sharp attention to detail. A lack of accuracy in any step of the process determines the make or break of a perfectly raised macaron shell.
Many sleepless nights have been spent perfecting Elevete's macaron recipes. In order to achieve its crisp yet chewy texture, these handmade macaron shells are finally piped with just the right amount of filling and left to mature for 24 hours before leaving our pastry kitchen.
