Burnt Cheesecake — FAQ

Is this the same as a New York cheesecake?
No. It's baked at a much higher heat, so the top chars and caramelises while the centre stays molten, unlike the smooth, even bake of a classic New York cheesecake.

How much is the burnt cheesecake?
From RM135 for the 7-inch. The 9-inch, which serves a bigger group, is priced up from there.

Do you do a 6-inch size?
Not currently. It comes in 7-inch (serves 6–10) or 9-inch (serves 12–16).

Is it halal?
Yes, halal certified and handmade to order.

How do I store it?
Keep refrigerated between 2°C and 7°C, and best enjoyed chilled or at air-conditioned room temperature.
