Is your black forest halal? Does it contain alcohol?

Yes, it's halal certified, and no, there's no alcohol. Traditional black forest is made with kirsch (cherry brandy). Ours is made without, so you can serve it to everyone. We also set it with agar-agar and pectin rather than gelatine.
