It wasn’t my first time ordering the pandan gula melaka cake; however, this recent order did not meet my expectations. The cake was quite dry and crumbled easily when I tried to cut it.
I had let the cake come to room temperature before serving, so the dryness wasn’t due to it being chilled.
That said, the gula melaka and cream were still as good as ever.
