A variation of one of our Christmas Gâteaux de voyage trio, here's a modern take on the ever so traditional Grandma's Fruit Cake. An easy choice to go for if you're looking for something for entertaining your guests or as a gift for the holiday season. 

The nostalgic flavours of mixed candied fruits, raisins and walnuts comes with a surprising twist of a Biscoff Ganache center and coated with an apricot glaze. It will no doubt bring on a whole new sensation to the holiday spirit, creating lasting memories to share at gatherings to come.
