Been an Elevete client for years, trying the fleurde vanille for 1st time, the white chocolate wall on sides detached from cake, the cake was very difficult to cut w the knife provided as the base was hard n sticking to the base, while the mousse was too soft for the cake ... it practically came apart, thus making the slices very unattractive once served, the white chocolate flowers looked lovely but tasted 'cheap' unlike all other Elevete cakes... a tad dissapointed as it was for my daughther's bday celebration...overall entremet needs to be refined...

Have bought almost all your cakes b4, even macarons...
