Ketupat ties to the tradition of Hari Raya Aidilfitri and it serves as the all-time staple dish. With its reformation of the ketupat this Raya, named Kenangan Manis, this designer themed cake set out to be the table centerpiece or is a fresh pandan chiffon sponge and layered with a mixture of coconut swiss meringue buttercream, and  gula Melaka buttercream. Finally, a final creative spurt of surprise set out by chef to decorate the cakes with gula melaka white chocolate truffles looking similar to an ondeh-ondeh for the occasion.
