  • Yuzu Tart Petit Gateau (Sunrise)
    A bright, tangy yuzu tart with slight hints of lychee and crumbly texture from the pâte sablée and fluffy vanilla sponge. Perfect to start your journey of sensations by awakening your appetite.

  • Strawberry Mousse Petit Gateau (Twilight)
    Another light element to continue the journey of sensation with our finer iteration of the classic strawberry shortcake. A combination of strawberry lime compote, strawberry jelly, fragrant vanilla chiffon, finished with a coating of nougat glaze and finally filled with white chocolate cream cheese mousse. Serving as a stimulating transition for your taste buds.

  • Dark Chocolate Mousse Petit Gateau (Midnight)
    Intense 70% bitter chocolate creméux with silky coffee chantilly cream, chewy salted caramel layer, complemented with rich chocolate chiffon and orange praline crunchy feuilletine base. A full-bodied, yet sensual aphrodisiac.

  • Ispahan Petit Gateau (Dream)
    Ending the journey of fine desserts with the classical touch of french macarons, inspired by the infamous Pierre Hermé's creation. This exquisite macaron is paired with juicy raspberries, light rose and lychee buttercream and adorned with fresh raspberry and blueberry. A luxurious finale.
