Elevete’s twist to the classic dessert which originated from Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris. With its soft and chewy texture, our St.Honore is a combination of different flavours. French cream puff filled with a balance of both coffee cream and chewy salted caramel, not forgetting the intense peanut butter feuilletine base, the moist chocolate cake and most importantly the comforting vanilla mascarpone mousse.
