"Elevete" your guests' experience when you're hosting an event with this superstar, our special rendition to a traditional recipe and an all time favourite - German Black Forest Gâteau.
We decided to "Elevete" the traditional recipe up a notch by using a Streusel base (flour, brown sugar, bitter chocolate and salt combined), layered with Chef’s family-inherited Moist Chocolate Cake, Mascarpone Mousse, and in-house Spiced Cherry Compote filling in between.
With every bite, everyone around the table, whether young or old, will bound to enjoy its moist chocolatey taste balanced with the tartness of cherries. And to top it all off, we can never forget the classic Chocolate Shavings as a topping, generously sprinkled on this regal cake.

Light and delicious!
Cake is great
The taste was absolutely wonderful and full of flavour 😍😍 The cake itself wasn’t too sweet, with a slight hint of bitterness at the end (probably from the dark chocolate) — which made it even more balanced. Considering both the taste and the price, I’d say it’s really reasonable and definitely worth it!
Conclusion:
Reasonable price + heavenly taste = repeat order confirmed! ✅🍰

I’ve had the Mon Cheri Black Forest Cake from Elevete Patisserie on two different occasions, and it has been absolutely superb each time. The cake is rich, indulgent, and simply addictive. Everyone who tried it with me loved it just as much, and it truly made our celebrations extra special. Thank you, Elevete Patisserie, for such an excellent creation!
