Finished with handmade chocolate flower decorations.

Best consumed chilled. Keep refrigerated and bring out about 15 minutes before serving — the mousse is at its silkiest slightly cool. Avoid direct sunlight and humid environments. Best within 2 days of delivery.

What exactly is an entremet cake?
A French-style layered mousse cake — multiple textures built in thin, precise layers rather than one dense sponge. Ours stacks six: mousse, chiffon, crème brûlée, cheesecake, vanilla base and mirror glaze.

How many people does a 1kg entremet serve?
Comfortably 6–10 pax as a dessert course. It's rich in the best way, so slices go further than you'd think.

Why do entremet cakes cost more than regular cakes?
Each layer is made and set separately before assembly, and the mirror glaze alone is a small science project. You're paying for patisserie technique, not decoration.
