Ingredients: anti-moist cocoa dusting powder, caster sugar, coconut flour, coffee, egg white, egg yolk, halal bovine gelatine, ground almond, isomalt, mascarpone, unsalted butter, water, whipping cream, white compound chocolate, whole almond, whole egg.

Tiramisu Cake Bites — FAQ

Is your tiramisu halal? Does it contain alcohol?

Yes, it's halal certified, and no, there's no alcohol. Traditional tiramisu is usually made with marsala or rum. Ours is made without, so you can serve it to everyone.

Is it gluten-free?

The sponge is made with coconut flour instead of wheat, so it uses no gluten ingredients. Our kitchen does handle gluten, so we can't call it safe for a strict coeliac diet.

How many pieces do I get?

36 bite-sized squares (1.5" each) from one 9-inch cake. Enough for a gathering of roughly 12 to 18.

Do I need to cut it?

No. It arrives pre-cut into 36 bites, ready to set out or pass around.

How much is it?
