Pandan Gula Melaka. Pandan leaves, coconut cream and gula melaka (palm sugar).

The design. Two designs, each built on a blue rosette: one with a soft grey swirl, one with a cream rosette. Cream stars and white sugar pearls finish both. Six cupcakes in a clear gift box tied with a navy satin ribbon.

Keep them cold. Fridge until serving, or an air-conditioned room for a couple of hours. Away from direct sun and a warm car, so the blue swirls stay sharp.
