Moist Banana Cake made with homemade Pisang Berangan puree, sandwiched by crumbled peanut chunks and a generous serving of Golden Bananas (Pisang Mas) in between, layered and frosted with a tantalizing savoury creamy Peanut Butter Buttercream.
Crumbled peanuts are sprinkled on top to add a little crunch.
This combination takes you on a journey from enjoying a traditional banana cake, to its creamy and savoury Peanut Buttercream filling and finishing with a pleasantly surprising bite from the peanut chunks. A delicate balance of sweet and savoury is sure to have you going for one bite after another!
